This graphical hack contains a change to the CLUTs of all 3 of Chun-Li's costumes that removes her pantyhose.
From the looks of it, this mod is heavily inspired by a few artworks depicting Chun-Li without wearing her pantyhose and most importantly, The No Pantyhose Chun-Li mod for Street Fighter II on the SNES created by Flanagan himself.
